The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) was released in the United States mid August in 1991. Since then there have been all kinds of controllers and Super Nintendo accessories have been released.
Super Scope 6 Light Gun
The Super Scope Six was released as the SNES answer to the NES Zapper. The Super Scope 6 was also the name of the bundled game that came with the light gun. Being that the Super Scope 6 had to be 
‘calibrated’ everytime you wanted to place any games it received generally poor reviews in the US and had an extremely limited release in Japan, which is understandable, they were busy cranking some of the best RPG games ever made for consoles, so who had time mess around with old technology. I remember feeling really cool as a kid with a giant bazooka looking device pointing at the TV, I just wish they had made more games for it.
Super Nintendo SNES Mouse
The Super Nintendo Mouse was originally made for and shipped with Super Mario Paint in 1992. The idea at the time was to compete with PCs and bring PC gaming over to the console. The SNES Mouse was supported by several games, but was primary used exclusively with Super Mario Paint and never really took off outside of Super Mario Paint. Which for those of you that remember, Mario Paint was a very strange title, a very crude but effective version of photoshop that even let you make your own custom brushes and save your pictures to a VHS tape. Yes you read that right, I told you it was a strange title.
Super Game Boy
The Super Game Boy was released in 1994 and sold for about $60 upon its release. The Super Game Boy allowed users to play Game Boy games on their TV. This larger than normal cart plugged into your SNES like normal game but had an opening for Game Boy games to be inserted into the top. It also had the unique feature of adding color shading to the then grayscale graphics of the Game Boy.
